These terms are an agreement between you and Rob Lee ("we", "us") for the use of the Forkd iOS app. By using Forkd you agree to them. If you got Forkd from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
⚠️ Allergy and dietary safety — please read. Forkd's AI can adapt recipes around allergies, intolerances and dietary needs, and estimate nutrition. AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete. It is not medical or dietary advice, and it is no substitute for reading ingredient labels yourself. If a mistake could harm someone — anaphylaxis, coeliac disease, medical diets — always verify every ingredient and label independently before cooking or serving. You are responsible for what you serve at your table.
Your recipes, photos, notes and logs are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create or import. You're responsible for making sure content you import or share doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Don't misuse the service — including attempting to access it outside the app, circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the app, or use AI features to generate content that's unlawful or harmful.
AI features depend on third-party services (Apple, Cloudflare, Anthropic) and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We may modify features over time. If we ever discontinue a paid feature materially, we'll do our best to give notice through the App Store.
Forkd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
