Support

My devices aren't syncing

• Check every device is signed in to the same Apple Account (Settings → your name).
• Check iCloud Drive is on: Settings → your name → iCloud → make sure Forkd is allowed.
• Sync isn't instant — give it a minute or two on Wi-Fi, and open the app on both devices.
• Forkd's Settings screen shows your current iCloud status.

AI import or forking isn't working

• AI features need an active Forkd Pro subscription (or your own API key in Settings).
• If you've just subscribed, try Restore Purchases from the paywall screen.
• There's a generous daily limit on AI calls; it resets each day.
• Some websites block importing — try copying the recipe text and pasting it instead.

Managing or cancelling Forkd Pro

Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Forkd. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem.

Restoring purchases on a new phone

Install Forkd, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen. Your recipes arrive automatically via iCloud.

AI-adapted recipes are a starting point, not a guarantee. Always check ingredient labels yourself when cooking for allergies or medical diets. See our Terms of Use.
